When is shipment?

• Most items are made to order. Shipment is usually 1 - 3 days after making your purchase.

How do deposits for custom designs work?

• All deposits are non-refundable as the time it takes to generate a proof is irreversible. Promo and discount codes are not available on custom design requests.

How do I contact MCZ?

• Get in touch by sending a request through the chat at the bottom of the page.

All products are subject to change. Major design revisions will require updated listing pictures top show the changes whereas smaller changes will not. You are welcome to ask for a proof before purchasing.
