Refund policy

All products are eligible for an equal exchange up to 15 days after shipment. Customers may be responsible for shipping. Products are covered by a 30 day refund timeline (starting at shipment). The product must be shipped back in the same packaging and contain no damage.

Exceptions to this policy include:

• Items damaged due to improper use or installation.

• Custom designs are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive defective or damaged. Please fill out a contact form to discuss an issue.
  

• Personalized colors are only eligible for exchanges which now have an extended period to 30 days from shipment.

• Items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and out of the USA. While not eligible for an exchange, a partial refund if required will be given, minus shipping.

All issues must provide evidence of failure with pictures and/or a video and proof of purchase through the website contact form. Don't uninstall your product before taking the required picture or video evidence. The product will usually be required to be shown installed.
